We are a leading solution provider in the field of dimensional measurement technology, metallurgical imaging and elemental analysis in India. Our product range extends from standard solutions for optical 2D/3D measuring system, coordinate measurement technology, form measuring, surface metrology, elemental analysis, weld penetration analysis system, metallurgical image analysis system and machine vision system.

Dimensional Metrology from Carl Zeiss

Our precision dimensional metrology division specializes in optical 2D/3D measuring system, reliable and high-quality 3D coordinate metrology, form measuring and surface metrology equipment. The manufactured components require ensuring of exceptional levels of precision, durability, interchangeability and reliability in order to meet the demanding requirements of modern applications. We help manufacturing industry to control and improve the quality of manufactured components.

Elemental Analysis From Thermofisher Scientific

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology is well known for providing accurate, non-destructive elemental analysis. Using XRF devices, researchers can achieve rapid material characterization and analysis to ensure product chemistry specifications. For lab-quality results on the field and on the shop floor, the lightest, most powerful handheld Niton XRF analyzers on the market are imported and sold by us.

ARL QUANT’X EDXRF Spectrometer offers the ultimate performance, versatility, and reliability of elemental analysis. EDXRF spectrometer provides major, minor, and trace element quantification across the broadest range of samples, including bulk solids, granules, loose or pressed powders, fused beads, thin films, pastes, and liquids.

ARL EQUINOX 100 X-ray Diffractometer measures all diffraction peaks simultaneously across a wide angular range.

Treatment And Applications: Phase identification, quantification, degree of crystallinity, cell parameters, crystallite size, lattice strain, crystal structure, rietveld analysis, transition phase, thin film analysis etc.

Domains Of Application: Materials science, minerals, geology, nanomaterials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy materials, catalysts, ceramics, polymers, metallurgy, semiconductors, mining (cement, …).

ARL™ 9900 Simultaneous-Sequential XRF Series ensure rapid and simultaneous analysis in various industries like steel, copper, aluminum, cement and mining for analyzing  major oxides analysis and a diffraction (XRD) system hence, this instrument performs XRF and XRD analysis on the same sample with the same hardware and software environment.

Coating Thickness Measurement

Apart from traditional hand held coating thickness gages, we do have solutions in rapid analysis of the thickness and composition of single- or multi-element metal coatings using XRF method ( Handheld as well as ED XRF).

Imaging Software

Based on the technology transfer from BARC (Bhaba Atomic Research Centre, mumbai), we have developed powerful application software’s for weld penetration analysis and qualitative metallurgical examination.

Machine Vision / In-line Inspection Systems

In-line inspection systems are camera-based online inspection solutions for finished product and assembly. These systems are necessary when there is a need for 100% inspection where manual inspection and measurement are not feasible due to high volume. This will also eliminate human error and do inspections at a very high speed in fully automatic or semi-automatic mode. The parts can be loaded automatically and can also be sorted automatically into OK and NOT-OK category, without any human intervention.

Advanced Material Science Lab

QS Metrology and thermo fisher scientific have collaborated to set up an advanced materials science research laboratory at our manesar facility. The lab is equipped with advanced ED XRF machines, X Ray diffractometers and simultaneous-sequential XRF machines, apart from high end sample preparation machines.
